About an order

Quote your order number and we'll be much faster. If it's about a damaged or wrong parcel, attach photographs of the outer parcel and the item — the refunds policy explains what we need and the 48-hour window for raising it.

Bulk sachets and wholesale

Sachets are sold by the carton for cafés, cloud kitchens, offices and hotels, and private label is available. Tell us roughly what you need and we'll come back with rates, lead times and a sample pack. There's more on the sachets section of the shop.
