We ship anywhere in India. ₹89 a parcel, dropping to ₹50 once your order passes ₹999.

Pre-order period. Our first batch is still in production, so the 2-day dispatch below does not apply yet — allow up to 10 days for your order to leave us, plus the usual transit time after that. Everything else on this page, including shipping charges and where we deliver, is unchanged. Thank you for understanding; we'll update this notice as soon as we're shipping normally.
Normally. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually take 5 to 6 working days in transit after that. Shipping is ₹89, dropping to ₹50 on orders over ₹999. We deliver anywhere in India. We don't ship internationally.

The charge is calculated at checkout on the order value before shipping. There are no other handling or packing fees.
How long it takes
We dispatch within 2 working days of your order. Transit is typically another 5 to 6 working days, so most orders land within a week to ten days of being placed.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday evening starts its clock on Monday.
Pre-orders are the exception. Where an item is marked as a pre-order, the dispatch date is shown on the product before you buy, and the 2-day window runs from that date rather than from your order.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in India. Remote and hill pincodes can add a few days beyond the usual transit time, and a small number of pincodes aren't serviceable by our courier at all — if yours is one of them we'll contact you and refund in full rather than leave the order sitting.
We don't ship outside India at the moment.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS when the parcel is handed to the courier. If it hasn't arrived by the estimated date, give it two more working days — couriers routinely mark parcels as delayed before they turn up — and then write to us and we'll chase it.
Delivery attempts and wrong addresses
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us. Please make sure the address and phone number are right at checkout, since we can't change them once the parcel has shipped.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available across all attempts, or delivery was refused, we'll refund the order minus the shipping we've already paid. We'll always contact you before doing that.
Packaging
Everything travels in its resealable pack inside a padded outer. If the outer arrives damaged, photograph it before opening — that's what we need for a claim under the refunds policy.
